ScrubUSA.com Return & Cancellation Policy

At ScrubUSA.com, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the policy below before making a return or cancellation.

Standard Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return Policy – You may return most items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Authorization Required – Please email info@scrubusa.com with your order number to receive detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Customer Responsibility – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
  • Condition – All items must be returned in “Like New” condition, complete with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
    • “Like New” means no visible signs of wear or use.
    • Items returned with wear, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.

Fees & Restrictions

  • Restocking Fees – Some brands are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.
  • Refused / Undeliverable Orders – A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply.
  • Final Sale Items – Certain items are marked “All Sales Final” and are non-returnable.
  • Pre-Owned / Used Products – Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for return.
  • Temporary Use Orders – Products purchased for one-time use (e.g., trade shows, conferences, promotional events) are not returnable under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • At Delivery – Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, note it with the delivery carrier, take photos, and email info@scrubusa.com the same day.
  • ScrubUSA.com Responsibility – If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund.
  • After Use – Items damaged after use are non-refundable, unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipment – Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund.
  • After Shipment – Orders canceled after shipping fall under the 30-Day Return Policy and will incur return shipping costs.

Additional Notes

  • If a product or brand has special return restrictions, these will be listed on the product page.
  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • We reserve the right to adjust refund amounts for items that do not meet the return condition requirements.
